  I am surprised and EXTREMELY disappointed in how I was treated by Acadian Flooring Design.
  I stopped by their store and picked out superior Armstrong vinyl plank flooring for my home at $4.50 a square foot.
  We set up a time for measurements and a guy came out and took the measurements. Before leaving, he told me that he would get back with me on the estimates, after he sent it through to his superiors. A couple of days later, he called and gave me a price for the work. I thought it was a little high and asked him to give me an estimate without the 200 sq. ft. master bedroom, as it already had wood laminate flooring. He said he’d redo the estimate and get back with me. He NEVER called back and it has now been 10 days since our last communication.
  I can understand if a company decides a job is too small or too complicated for them. But, to just blow the customer off in the middle of the process, without as much as a phone call informing them of such, is totally unacceptable and paints a sad picture of a company that sells itself on quality customer service.
